GPH, St Vincent Government and Grenadines Sign MoU

Global Ports Holding (GPH) has signed a Memorandum of Understanding with the Government of St. Vincent and the Grenadines to negotiate the management and development of the SVG Cruise Port. The agreement aims to establish a concession under which GPH would oversee the port's operations while maintaining government ownership. GPH plans a two-phase investment program to modernize infrastructure, expand berthing capacity, and enhance passenger experiences, targeting over 200,000 annual cruise passengers. The initiative seeks to boost the local cruise tourism industry, improve competitiveness in the Southern Caribbean, and ensure environmentally sustainable development. GPH also intends to collaborate with local stakeholders

to develop shore excursion opportunities.
