Holland America Line has announced that the Rotterdam will debut its first Mediterranean season in fall 2027, featuring five new itineraries in the Western and Eastern Mediterranean. The 10- and 11-day voyages will visit destinations including Lisbon, Naples, Kotor, Rhodes, and Alexandria, culminating in a 14-day transatlantic crossing from Barcelona to Fort Lauderdale. Notable itineraries include a 10-day cruise around the Iberian Peninsula and an 11-day Mediterranean Splendor voyage. The cruise line aims to enhance its European offerings, having recently expanded its 2027-28 season with additional cruises aboard the Nieuw Statendam.
